Fees
The Animal Clinic requires payment at the time of service.
All balances are due and payable in full at the time of treatment. We try to make it
easy to comply with our policy by providing estimates and accepting several
forms of payment. Certain major medical and surgical cases may require
a deposit before treatment begins. If, at any time, you have questions concerning
fees for your pet’s
medical care, feel free to ask us. We will be happy to discuss options with
you.
Insurance
If your pet's health care is covered by insurance,
please provide the name of the insurer and any necessary paperwork at
the time of admission. Owners are responsible for payment to the Animal
Clinic and the insurance company will reimburse you directly. We do not
assume responsibility for denied claims.
